Can not Loggin back with Bejive

I'm using bold 9700 . For the first time Bejive ran very well but when i log out of Bejive and try to log back in i always get the message : An error has occurred, you have been logged off. Please try logging in again. Please tell me how can i get rid of this.
I pay for the software so hope i got an answer :)

I am also having the same problems on my Curve 8900 with OS: v5.0.0.411
The message that appears is:

"An error has occurred, you have been logged off, please try logging in again."

I try many times and it doesn't work... the only way it will work is when I Quick Pull or take out the battery... only then beejive works a couple times, then it begins with the error message again.

Hope you can fix this on your next release Beejive team, thanks.
